Ordering, payment and cancellation
You can place an order via this website, by e-mail or in writing (by post). The order is final as soon as we have received your payment.
Ordering via the website
After you have placed your order, a confirmation of your order will appear on the website with the order number and the total costs, including any additional shipping costs outside the Netherlands.
Paying
During the ordering process you can choose how you want to pay:
- via the website by using Paypal or Ideal.
- outside the website by transferring the amount to our bank account. The payment details are shown in the order confirmation on the website and in the e-mail you receive shortly afterwards. If no payment has been received within fourteen days of placing an order, your order will be cancelled. You will be informed.

Within 3 days of receiving your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email or post with an specified invoice.
Ordering a personalised piece of mourning jewelry
If you have any special wishes, you can let us know via a contact form. After discussing the possibilities and costs, you will receive an specified invoice from us.
Cancelling or withdrawal of the purchase
You can cancel a purchase of a piece of jewelry during a cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. parlAmore appreciates it when you give the reason for cancellation, but it is not necessary.
During the cooling-off period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care: you may only handle and inspect the product as you would in a shop.
Cancellation of an order of personalised funeral jewelry is only possible before you have paid..

parlAmore reserves the right to refuse returned goods or to refund only part of the amount already paid if the ordered goods have been used or damaged, or if they are not returned in their original (state of) packaging.
